Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and assist you.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Refunds and resolutions are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
